浪漫派古典樂最知名的莫過於貝多芬了，而喝了會聯想到貝多芬音樂的咖啡豆，其風味自然不在話下，乾香就有明顯的紅色莓果，其中以草莓最為明顯，且散發著花香。沖煮時，能感受到花香、花蜜般的甜香與綠葡萄。貝多芬咖啡入口後有綠葡萄與紅莓的酸甜感，整體乾淨滑順。冷下來後紅色莓果會更為明顯。甚至有國外的咖啡部落客說這是一款夏天浪漫情懷的咖啡呀！

順帶一提，不同於音樂家其他系列的葡萄乾蜜處理，貝多芬使用水洗的方式處理咖啡豆，以達到夏天的乾淨清爽口感。


哥斯大黎加中部的卡內特（Carnet）莊園以卡杜拉、卡杜艾兩種咖啡豆做葡萄乾蜜處理、水洗，產出世界知名的音樂家系列咖啡豆，以「貝多芬」、「巴哈」、「蕭邦」、「莫札特」為名，海拔高度在 1700～1950公尺間，都是 SHB 等級的高海拔極硬豆，風味甜美，水果香氣、酒香、茶香濃厚。
